But more so I have pushed for them to create circumstances that can create something on it's own.  Build others to be great, that's how to build sustainable wealth. Leopards hate water. Their natural habitat and innate instinct are not built for being in water.  Yet when they are hungry they will go against their very own nature in order to feed.  Their "survival instincts" kick in and make them go beyond and above.
